Attaching a PDF invoice in Quickbooks Online

Steps for ensuring that invoices are being emailed with a PDF attachment if you are using Quickbooks Online to send invoices

According to this Intuit Quickbooks help article, here are the steps:

  1. Click on the Gear icon at the top.
  2. Press on Accounts and Settings.
  3. Refer to the Sales section.
  4. Pick on the pencil icon beside Online delivery.
  5. Tick the  Show full details in email radio button.
  6. Make sure to put a checkmark on the PDF Attached box.
