      Mass download invoices

      With CondoWorks, you can easily download many invoices at once into one PDF file. To mass download invoices:

      • Click on Invoices in the top navigation bar
      • Select All in the drop-down menu
      • Filter for the invoices you would like to download
      • Click on the icon at the bottom left of the screen
      • A pop-up message will indicate how many invoices are being downloaded. Click OK if the number is correct
      • You will receive an email with a link to download the PDF. Click on the link in the email to download the file

      This will download ALL invoices in the selected filters, even if not all of the invoices are shown on the page. As an example, in the screenshot below, it will download the all 35 invoices in the filters, even though only 20 are shown on the first page.

      Please note you can download a maximum of 50 invoices at one time. If you need to download more than 50 invoices, please repeat the steps above multiple times, each time filtering for 50 invoices or less.
