Once an invoice has been approved and synced to the accounting system, it is ready to be paid. To create a payment for a vendor:
- Click on Payments in the top navigation bar
- Select Create
This will show all invoices ready to be paid, grouped by vendor and source bank account. You can click on the button to show individual invoice details and on invoice numbers to show each invoice.
From this list, you can create multiple payments at once, by checking the box for all the desired invoices and clicking on the "+" button at the bottom of the list. You can also select all invoices on the page by checking the box at the top of the page in the table header.
For vendors with multiple invoices ready to be paid you can choose to only pay for one of the invoices, by expanding the vendor (using the button) and selecting the desired invoice.
